In Africa, organizations procurement sounds boring and bureaucratic. There are various procurement and logistic issues that limit proper financial management and organizations efficiency. This issue covers the empirical studies on procurement practices, determinants and their relationship with other firm factors. The issue endeavours to offer practical knowledge on procurement and firm practices and also extend and/or improve the already existing procurement policies.
