Submission and Publication Process
Follow steps below to create an author account and submit your paper online. If you already have an account, simply login to submit your paper.
The publication process
1. Review Submission Guidelines
Carefully read the journal’s submission guidelines available on our website to ensure your manuscript meets all requirements, including formatting, structure, and referencing style. [Article formatting Link].
2. Prepare Your Manuscript
Draft your article following the journal's template. Ensure it is original, free from plagiarism, and complies with ethical research standards. Include all required sections such as the abstract, keywords, main text, references, and any supplemental materials.
3. Register on the Submission Portal
Create an account on our online submission system. Use your active email address to ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
4. Complete the Submission Form
Log into the portal and fill out the submission form. Provide all requested details, including author information, manuscript title, abstract, and keywords.
5. Pay the Article Submission Fee
A non-refundable article submission fee of $10 USD is required. Payment instructions are available on the portal. Ensure you retain proof of payment for your records.
6. Upload Your Manuscript and Files
Upload your manuscript in the required file format (e.g., Word or PDF). Attach any supplementary documents, such as figures, tables, or declarations of originality, as specified in the guidelines.
7. Select the Appropriate Section
Specify the section of the journal (e.g., research article, review, case study) that best fits your submission.
8. Review and Submit
Double-check all uploaded documents and details for accuracy. Confirm that your manuscript adheres to the submission requirements, then click “Submit.”
9. Await Acknowledgment
You will receive an email confirming your submission. This email will include a reference number for tracking the status of your article.
10. Peer Review Process
Your article will undergo initial screening and peer review. Be prepared to respond promptly to any reviewer comments or requests for revisions.
11. Pay the Article Publication Processing Fee
Upon acceptance of your article for publication, a $50 USD publication processing fee is required. Payment instructions will be provided along with the acceptance notification.
12. Final Decision and Publication
Once the processing fee is received, your article will be scheduled for publication in the next available issue of the journal and made accessible to our readership.
Submission procedure

2. Step 2: Click on Submit Paper
Once you have identified a journal click on submit paper button to proceed
3. Step 3: Register or Login
To publish with us, you are required to maintain a valid author profile. Provide the information as required. Keep note of the username and password for you will need this next time you want to submit or view your paper
4. Step 4: Select “Make a new Submission” button
Once you register/login, you will be presented with options to start the submission. Click on Make a New Submission. See figure below.
5. Step 5: Accept Submission Requirements
To do so, you need to tick all the 5 checkboxes highlighted below. Put comments if you have any and accept to be the contact person at the bottom of the page shown below: Once done click Save and Continue.
6. Step 6: Upload your Article/paper
At this point, you need to upload the file(word document) that will be send to editors. Make sure the paper adheres to the basic author guidelines provided here
Once you upload make sure to indicate what the file is about :- should be article text . See figure 6.2 below. Then click on save and continue.
7. Step 7: Fill in the article metadata including abstract, keywords and references
Fill in the metadata for your paper as required below. Ensure to add any other contributors/authors/co-authors.
8. Step 8: Confirmation
Here, you just need to confirm that everything is correct and submit. Editors in charge will be notified and you will get an acceptance letter once your paper has been approved for review and publication.
